What to Expect

  • Personalized Instruction: Each session includes detailed coaching on foundational movements used in our program, with an emphasis on proper form and technique.

  • Join group classes with confidence: Once you’ve mastered the fundamentals, you’ll be ready to join our Strength & Conditioning classes and fully experience the Skopos community.

Our 1:1 Intro Program is designed to set you up for success with six personalized coaching sessions focused on strength and conditioning fundamentals. You’ll work one-on-one with an experienced coach to learn proper techniques for bodyweight movements and light weight exercises, ensuring a solid foundation for your fitness journey. With flexible scheduling options and plenty of coach availability, this program fits seamlessly into your routine.

Memberships starting at $185

Our Strength and Conditioning program is designed to meet you where you are in your fitness journey, whether you’re a beginner building confidence or an experienced athlete looking to push your limits. Each workout is scalable in weight and mechanics, offering the flexibility to focus on improving weaknesses or increasing intensity without compromising your goals.

This inclusive approach is why our program is trusted by a diverse range of members, from military personnel and professional athletes to parents and grandparents, all seeking sustainable, results-driven fitness.


Our 60-minute Strength and Conditioning classes are led by certified, experienced coaches who are dedicated to helping you train effectively and safely. Each session follows a planned progression with the following structure:

  • Warm-Up: Prepare your body for movement with guided exercises.
  • Movement Instruction & Demonstration: Your coach will break down the mechanics of each movement, ensuring proper form and execution.
  • Supervised Workout: Perform the workout under the close supervision of your coach, who will provide corrections and encouragement as needed.

Bootcamp Options

1. Bootcamp Plan – $99/month
For those looking for high energy and lots of variety. This plan includes access to Bootcamp classes on specific days.

  • Monday
  • Wednesday
  • Friday
  • 6:00 AM - 6:45 AM

Movements: Dumbbells, kettlebells, rings, bodyweight, plyometrics, cardio machines, and skill work.


2. Early Bird Plan – $149/month
Expand your routine with the Early Bird plan, this plan includes access to bootcamp all week. 

  • Monday
  • Wednesday
  • Friday
  • 6:00 AM - 6:45 AM

Additional classes: Tuesday and Thursday mornings, same time.

Movements: Everything in Bootcamp, with added variety for a comprehensive workout experience.
