Chelsey Swanson is a dedicated coach at Skopos Athletics with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals and build confidence in their abilities. With a lifelong love of movement, Chelsey’s active lifestyle has included everything from volleyball, basketball, and track to training for a figure competition. Her enthusiasm for variety and constant challenges eventually led her to CrossFit, where she found a community and training style that resonated deeply with her.
After becoming a part of the CrossFit community in 2014 and rejoining after having her children in 2017, Chelsey discovered her love for pushing boundaries and accomplishing things she once thought impossible. Her personal experience inspired her to earn her CrossFit Level 1 Certification and begin coaching, allowing her to share the same support and encouragement she once received.
Chelsey’s coaching philosophy is rooted in creating a welcoming, supportive environment where every member feels empowered to succeed. She understands the fear and uncertainty that can come with starting something new and is passionate about helping others overcome those barriers. Chelsey’s focus is on building confidence, teaching proper techniques, and celebrating progress at every step of the fitness journey.
Whether it’s nailing a pull-up, lifting a heavy barbell, or mastering a new skill, Chelsey believes fitness is about consistent improvement and finding joy in the process. Her goal is to guide members toward their personal achievements while fostering a sense of community and belonging.
