Greg Berube brings over 15 years of experience in strength training, fitness education, and personal coaching to Skopos Athletics, where he’s known for his hands-on, empowering approach. Greg’s passion for fitness extends beyond the gym—he’s dedicated to building a supportive community where people of all ages and backgrounds can achieve long-term health. He believes that fitness should enhance quality of life, not just in the short term but for years to come.
